Exhibition Pavilion, Hook of Holland, 1994

Hook of Holland, a borough of Rotterdam, decided to expand by building the Waterweg Centre. The new centre will include shops, dwellings, a hotel and a marina. The Rotterdam port authority and planning department erected a pavilion to keep the public informed of progress. Besides displaying information on the plans, it houses a permanent exhibition on the radar guidance system for ships passing the Waterweg. It also includes a restaurant and a small office of the Municipal planning department.
